The Modularized and Pre-installed Battery Energy Storage Power Plant of Four Seas(Suzhou) Food Co.,Ltd made by Narada has been put into operation recently, this is the first modular pre-installed energy storage station in China.

This Modularized and Pre-installed Battery Energy Storage Power Plant is located inside the factory of Four Seas in Suzhou, and the scale of the project is 250KW/1MWH, which covers 45 square meters. It is connected to 400V low voltage grid in Four Seas’ factory, and the expected life is 10 years.

Narada has been constantly exploring new models of energy storage power station construction, and pursuing the modularization of system integration, the standardization of engineering project design as well as the standardization of engineering project management.

In order to achieve the standardization construction of energy storage power station and reduce the construction period, Narada creatively studied and designed the modularized pre-installed energy storage station, which filled the gap on the technical level at home and abroad. The modularized pre-installed energy storage power station is a new type of energy storage power station, which based on standardized prefabricated foundation and standardized container.

After prolonged experiments and constant improvement in Narada production base, technicians have determined the optimal scheme of the modularized pre-installed energy storage station.

“Four Seas” Modularized Pre-installed Battery Energy Storage Power Plant in Suzhou is the first modular pre-installed energy storage station in China, which not only successfully verified the modularized pre-installed energy storage station, but also enhanced the construction time of energy storage power station to a new stage. In addition, it provides implementation experiences for other projects and played an exemplary role, and also opened a new chapter for the energy storage power station construction in Narada.

The Modularized Battery Energy Storage Power Plant consists of prefabricated foundation module and prefabricated standard container.

The 20 feet prefabricated standard container and prefabricated foundation module was first-time carried out by Modularized Battery Energy Storage Power Plant after analysis experimental data and confirm the feasibility of the prefabrication foundation.

The Modularized Battery Energy Storage Power Plant changed decentralized and differentiated work in different areas to centralized and standardized work in the factory.

The installation and commissioning have already been done before it can be operated well when it is connected to the grid.

After the hoisting and installation of energy meters for the the”Four Seas” Modularized Battery Energy Storage Power Plant project, then connect to the 400V low voltage side to operate. The realization of plug-and-play provides technical support for rapid expansion of Narada in energy storage market.

After the design of “Four Seas” Modularized Battery Energy Storage Power Plant, the factory then started the installation of prefabricated foundation module on site immediately, and prefabricated standard container construct at the same time.

From the installation of pre-fabricated foundation to container in position and hoisting, the whole construction period is no more than a week, which create the best time record of Narada in energy storage power station construction.

The Modularized Battery Energy Storage Power Plant adopts the mode of peak load shifting. Increase the power utilization rate at non-peak period through charging the system when the power consumption is low. And discharge at peak period to reduce the load of the main power network. This mode maintained the reliability of power grid operation,besides, save electricity cost for customers achieve win-win situation.

The Modularized Battery Energy Storage Power Plant can improve power quality provide reliable electrical energy to the key equipment, it solved the main problem of customers.
